How Bamnan Law came to be
Bamnan Law was established in Phra Nakhon, Bangkok, in response to something that came up repeatedly in general legal practice: people who had questions about their pension entitlements but found the process of asking those questions overwhelming. Government documents are dense. Offices can be hard to approach. And the figures involved — sometimes accumulated over decades of working life — matter enormously.
The practice was founded on the idea that legal advice in this area should be unhurried and clear. Clients are not expected to have legal knowledge. They are expected only to share their situation honestly, and we take it from there.
Over the years since founding, our team has helped retirees question calculations that turned out to contain errors, assisted workers in understanding what their social security contributions actually entitle them to, and represented individuals through formal appeals in a way that they felt informed and supported throughout.
We are a small practice by choice. That allows us to give each matter the attention it deserves rather than processing cases in volume. When you contact us, you speak with a qualified lawyer, not an assistant or a call centre.
